1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 or 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in unused and original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


3. Refunds

As we offer Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:

  • A replacement product of equal value

  • A voucher or store credit to be used on future purchases

We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified of the outcome via the contact method provided during your request.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
